Operation Process of Automated Sheet Metal Forming Precision Bending Machine:
1.Preparations before Startup
Check whether the appearance of the equipment is damaged and whether all components are firmly connected.
Confirm that the power and air supply connections are normal, and the pressure meets the equipment requirements.
Clear the debris on the workbench and prepare the sheet metal materials to be processed.
2. Parameter Setting
According to the requirements of the processing drawing, input parameters such as the bending angle and length in the equipment control system.
Select the appropriate mold and install it on the equipment.
3. Loading and Positioning
Place the sheet metal material to be processed smoothly on the workbench.
Use the positioning device to ensure the position of the sheet metal material is accurate.
4. Start the Equipment
Press the start button and the equipment starts to run.
Observe the running status of the equipment. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
5. Bending Operation
The equipment performs the bending operation according to the preset parameters.
During the bending process, pay attention to observing the bending effect to ensure it meets the requirements.
6. Unloading and Inspection
After the bending is completed, press the stop button and the equipment stops running.
Carefully remove the processed sheet metal part and conduct quality inspection.
7. Shutdown and Cleaning
Turn off the power and air supply of the equipment.
Clear the residual waste on the workbench and clean and maintain the equipment.
